Using most of these sets will require some fairly
sophisticated editing of HTML tables. All of the
sets are made up of individual pieces that can be
combined to construct borders of all sorts of shapes
and sizes.
You
can copy the HTML code for my examples to use as
a starting point. A visual editor would make editing
these tables MUCH simpler! In general I recommend
Macromedia's DreamWeaver as a visual HTML editor.
